ACCEPT YOUR BACKGROUNDS
Many of us are ashamed of our background, our families, our
endowment. Our heritage is our inheritance. You were not part of the decision
to be into it, so there must be a reason for it. It also involves customs,
tradition, and system of the people. Its not always pleasant to accept; for
instance my tribe can't pronounce " Five naira".They would say
"fine naira" please don't laugh much because, there are some words
your tribe doesn't pronounce well. Even God's chosen tribe
"Benjamites" could not pronounce "choboleth" but said
'saboleth' that sound like a tribe in South Western Nigeria. Another part in
Esther Nigeria would pronounce "Lice" for "Rice" .
Please let's not continue.
We all have reason to want to disassociate from our inheritance BT
no matter what a person's negativity is, the purpose of your heritage can't be
changed. Where ever you might have been born be confident about it because that
is your uniqueness.
Someone said
"I cannot see the queen of England
and kill my own mother".
Oh! Common, it's your heritage and no man should change it,
irrespective of if you are born into affluence or insolvency. Change is the
only permanent force, change is imminent, therefore be optimistic!
